Quote Decider AI is provided by D R K Trading ("we", "us"), trading as Quote Decider AI. When you use Quote Decider AI you are contracting with D R K Trading. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.
Quote Decider AI helps tradespeople price jobs, send quotes, schedule work and issue invoices, and lets customers post jobs and compare bids. Pricing suggestions are a guide only. You are responsible for the prices you charge and the documents you send.
We provide the platform, not the building or repair work. A contract for work is between the customer and the tradesperson they choose; Quote Decider AI is not a party to it. Traders are responsible for their qualifications, insurance, pricing, work, legal duties and consumer rights. Customers should check the trader and agree the scope and payment terms before work starts. A verified badge means evidence was reviewed at the time of approval, not that we guarantee identity, competence, insurance, availability or the work. The platform dispute process helps both parties record and try to resolve a problem; it does not replace legal rights or independent advice.
You must be at least 18 and, if you use the service for a business, have authority to accept these terms for it. Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not misuse the service. This includes using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security, for example by uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping. You must not reverse engineer, resell or get around the limits of the service.
Do not post threats, harassment, hateful or illegal content, non-consensual intimate material, deceptive impersonations, unlawful deepfakes, or instructions for malware or other harm. Do not try to bypass safety checks or use generated content to deceive others. We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, refuse AI requests or suspend accounts for violations, taking account of the circumstances and applicable law. Report content using the on-page controls or contact us; rights holders can use that contact to request takedown and should identify the material and their rights. Repeated infringement may lead to termination.
To keep the platform safe, photos are automatically checked for explicit or unsuitable content before they upload, and chat and dispute messages are automatically checked for explicit or offensive language before they are sent. Content that fails a check is blocked. Automated checks can make mistakes; if you believe something was blocked wrongly, contact us.
AI-suggested questions and any other generated outputs may be incomplete or wrong. You must check them before use; they are not legal, financial, safety, technical or other regulated professional advice. Only submit inputs you have permission to use. You keep rights in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, outputs; you permit us to process them to deliver the feature. We may filter or refuse unsafe requests.
Reviews are submitted by customers linked to completed jobs; this connection reduces but cannot eliminate fake or misleading reviews. Do not submit or arrange fake, paid-for, incentivised or misleading reviews. We may investigate reports and hide reviews that breach these terms, while keeping an internal record. Ratings reflect the customer's opinion, not our endorsement.
We own the service and its software, documentation and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. Your business data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service.
The Free plan includes unlimited job pricing, 3 customer quotes, 3 job-board bids and 5 live material searches per month. Pro includes unlimited customer quotes, job-board bids and material searches at £19/month or £190/year. Material prices and availability can change; check the merchant's current price, delivery and product details before ordering. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
To switch between monthly and yearly billing, request the change in Settings. Your existing subscription stops at its paid period end, with no early replacement charge. You must complete the selected new checkout after that date to continue Pro. You can withdraw the request before the old period ends. An approved full subscription refund ends Pro access and future renewal; saved records remain available on Free. Deposits and job invoice payments are recorded between the customer and tradesperson, not collected through our subscription checkout.
We work hard to keep Quote Decider AI available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights or liabilities which the law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer rights.
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can download your account and business records from Settings; hosted files and private third-party records are not included. You can request account closure in Settings for owner review. A request does not immediately delete your account, cancel your subscription or erase records. Cancel recurring billing separately while the request is reviewed. We will assess retention of contractual, payment, dispute and legal records before confirming closure and any deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms without our consent.
