D R K Trading, trading as Quote Decider AI, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your receipt email.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
An approved full subscription refund ends Pro access and stops future renewal. Your saved jobs, quotes and invoices remain available on Free. Pending and partial refunds do not automatically end Pro.
