Email a complaint. We aim to acknowledge it within five working days and provide a substantive reply within 14 calendar days, or tell you why more time is needed. If you disagree with our response, reply and ask for a further review. These are targets, not a limit on your legal rights. For a complaint about a tradesperson's work, use the dispute process on your job page as well so the trader can respond and the timeline is recorded.
Signed-in customers can report bids from their job page, and tradespeople can report job posts from the job board. Traders can report a review from their portal. For messages, reviews you cannot access, or if you cannot sign in, email us with the job reference and a description. Reports are reviewed privately; we may hide content where justified, and retain evidence for investigation. Serious illegal content or immediate danger should be reported to the police first.
A review can only be left from a job marked completed or invoiced, through the customer's job page or private link, and only once per job. We do not pay customers to review. This does not guarantee every review is genuine. Report suspected fake or abusive reviews so we can investigate and hide them if needed.
Paddle handles payments and refunds. Use the support link in your purchase receipt or Paddle's order support for billing questions. You can also email us if you need help finding an order.
In an emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service; this inbox is not monitored for emergencies.
